Collaborative Law* is a process that is designed to assist separating couples to resolve their conflict without litigation. The Parties make certain undertakings not to commence the litigation while they are involved in the Collaborative Law process. In order to ensure frank and open disclosure and negations, the Parties lawyers can not represent the parties in the event that the process breaks down and litigation is necessary. For more information regarding Collaborative Law, visit the Collaborative Law Web Site at http://www.collaborativelaw-waterloo.com.
